The universal Bench Matrix Cutter
Sure-Cut 3 is the latest generation bench mounted
double mitre cutter that is suitable for all types and
makes of creasing matrix.
Simple adjustment of the infinitely adjustable guide
assembly by turning the centre adjusting screw and
then the thumb nut is all that is required to register the
mitre.
Retaining the unique wire eroded double 75 degree
included angle cutter head, through now 50% bigger,
and with a longer handle for easy cutting action, the
mechanical performance of the machine is excellent.
The precision engraved stainless steel measuring scale
is graduated in 0.5mm steps to 600mm with a reversible
imperial scale on the other face and has a satin finish.
CNC machined from billet aluminium and with all metal parts either stainless steel or chemically treated to prevent corrosion the unit is very robust.

Hand Held Matrix Cutter
SureCut 2 is a quality precision mitre cutting hand tool. A perfect companion for the sure-cut 3 bench mounted double mitre cutter.
Robust all-metal construction and versatile design offer the following special features.
The unique parallel action handles ensure a perfect mitre cut with minimum cutting effort.
The mitre cutting blade has the same 75 degree included angle mitre for that additional clearance in the corners at the meeting points, where 90 degree mitres can cause board bruising (see graphic below).
Registration of the mitre cut is achieved using a pair of centrally positioned matrix guides that slide into the locator ensuring a central cut in the centre of the creasing channel, even when cutting off-centre matrix.
The replaceable cutting anvil is manufactured from a non-ferrous alloy for longer cutting blade life and features a self levelling design for greater accuracy.
