SERVIFORM RULE PROCESSORS, a success story for PEMA RULES LTD. 

In 2004 Serviform the market leader in the manufacturing of Automatic Rule Processors were looking for a new agent that would continue with the growth of sales, and would further enhance their name in the U.K. PEMA Rules Ltd was in their opinion the only company capable to market their machines in the U.K and Ireland.   With their extensive range of steel rule products, expertise and experience in marketing and supporting various proprietary equipment, such as CAD systems, Plotters, Lasers, and die making equipment die saws, the choice was obvious.

…And their choice paid off nicely. PEMA Rules sold in 2005 a total of 12 machines in the UK, a 100% increase from their budgeted 6 machines.  This is predominantly due to the efforts of their Managing Director, Makhan Ram, who secured these orders against strong competition from other machine manufacturers coupled with total support from the Italian manufacturing plant.  The success of this collaboration was well received by all the new machine installations.

All the Serviform ranges of machines were developed exclusively for die shop applications. Everything on their machines is devised for maximum operating efficiency, from coil handling to machine setting via PC computer screen.

UnicA Top
The UNICA TOP, as the name says, is their top of the range rule processor, a fully automatic machine capable of performing all die making operations without the need of tool changing.

It is an ‘all-in-one’ machine, able to process rules from 1.5pt up to 3pt, and from 23.30mm up to 30mm in height, is ideally suited to large die shops.

UnicA 355
The UNICA 355 is the most versatile machine & has inevitably been the most popular. 

With cutting, lipping, bridging, broaching and bending rules from 1.5pt to 4pt, and with the heights from 23.30mm up to 60.00mm, this is a module based machine that suits many small and medium size die shops.

SpherA
The SPHERA machine, operates in conjunction with Unica 355 rule processor, is capable of cutting, lipping and bridging rotary die rules from 270mm up to 700mm in diameter. A special device marks the rule to ensure correct bend position.

ElbA
The ELBA machine is an automatic rule bender that take instructions from an existing CAD file. Operates in conjunction with the ELSA rule processor. Ideally used in small & medium die shops for bending rules up to 3pt and 30.00mm high.
