High Quality Perforating Side Rules For Offset Presses Offset rules are simply applied to a clean impression cylinder. After transferring a guideline to the cylinder, cut off the required amount of rule and expose the adhesive coating.
Apply the rule on your guideline and then overlay the rule with furnished tape. Once rule is secured on the impression cylinder it is advisable to adjust the pressure between the impression and blanket cylinders until your desired printing and perforating results are obtained.

Perf
This rule allows you to perforate a wide range of paper and card stock as used for reply cards, coupons, and raffle tickets. Available in 6, 8, 12 & 16 teeth per inch and blade height .0125” - .029”.

Score
This rule with the rounded edge produces a fold on card stock such as newsletters, folders, invitations and brochures.

Slit
The sharp edge insures a clean score on heavy card providing a sharp fold on folders, reply cards and greeting cards.

Available in three or four teeth per inch.

Stick on Perf
This rule allows you to perforate a wide range of business forms. Available in 6, 8 teeth per inch and 30tpi microperf. Blade height 0.7 & 1.2mm .
Available in 18” lengths.

Shaws Perforating Set
Comprises of 6 perforating blades at .906” height in either 6 or 11 teeth per inch & 12 brass impression strips.
For use on Litho printing presses where paper is required to be perforated in sheet form.
