In association with our approved manufacturers Essmann & Schaefer, Simonds-Notting & August Graef we are able to offer specialised blades made to order.
At our disposal we have the means to punch, nick, notch or cut to any requirement you have.
Blades can be supplied in a range of dimension, with cutting edge, tooth & gap, creasing or plain edge.
We are also able to offer (TiCN) Titanium coating as shown in illustration.
In many cases we can manufacture to your requirements regardless of small or large quantities.
Todays diemaker can offer innotive improvements in their products by using cutting rules with
ES Profile made by the german market leader Essmann & Schaefer. The new cutting rules differs from conventional rules by a crowned tip of the cutting edge, as shown above.
During the die cutting process the spherically shaped bevel can withstand higher pressure,
for longer periods which means less machine down time & change overs.
Whilst applying for the patent rights of the ES Profile cutting rule it came to our attention that this
rule is similar to an axe. Obviously many hundred years ago woodcutters in co-operation
with axe grinders found that the best attainment of scoring & cutting came from a crowned
cutting edge a fact that still holds true today !
