PEMA Rules Ltd. was formed in November 2000 following the closure of the Notting U.K. manufacturing plant in London.

 This left a vacuum in the market for a new dynamic supplier of steel rule & die making consumables, so two ex-employees Makhan Ram & Peter Fuchs decided to grasp this opportunity and formed PEMA Rules as a totally independent stockist & distributors of steel rule & associated products.

PEMA Rules & its employees have at least 70 years combined experience in the field of marketing and manufacturing of steel rules, as well as promoting equipment such CAD software, plotters, routers and rule processors.

Our potential was quickly acknowledged by major manufacturers and within a very short period we became approved distributors for Simonds Notting, Essmann & Schaefer, August Graef, Channel Creasing, Man Mat, AG Kasemake, Serviform and others.

Recently PEMA Rules has developed its automatic rule processing equipment expertise with many successful installations of the Serviform range of equipment. This has given the brand PEMA even more market presence and exposure with forward thinking diemaking & packaging companies.

PEMA Rules is also a proud exporter and to date we have distributors in Europe, South East Asia, Middle East & Africa.

The company has seen rapid growth in previous years resulting directly from its commitment to providing quality products, personal service and 100 % support.
