High Rule & Stripper Rule

PEMA Flex

A medium body high rule with cutting edge that has been high frequency inductioned hardened using a special induction process. This combination offers good bending properties coupled with excellent diecutting performance.

H2 & H3

A hardened & tempered high rule with shaved edge & uniform body hardness. High tolerance shaved edge.

Medium hard (H2) rule is ideal for close bending & medium run work.

H3 rule is ideal for long run work or for plastics & tough materials.

Stripper Rule - Plain

Used in the manufacture of male stripping board.

Application is to push out the waste carton & corrugated board. Both top & bottom of rule is ground flat 90 Degrees

 Stripper Rule - Wave Edge

Used in the manufacture of male stripping board.

Application is to push out the waste carton & corrugated board. Both top & bottom of rule is ground flat 90 Degrees

Wave edge increases the surface contact with the waste board.
