RubberMate Rubber Cutting System

•3-Axis-Robot

•waterjet cutting with 2900 bar (40,500 psi)

•Working Area 1000 x 1000 mm (40” x 40”)

•Cutting of rubber parts up to 50mm thickness

•For the works preparation of data from the CAD the geometry is processed in the AquajetPro program and sent to the machine

•The data from the CAD is provided in HPGL format for the processing in the AquajetPro program

•With Auto-Nesting parts are interlocked in a way that material consumption is minimised

•Stainless steel grid option instead of Aluminium grid – triple life time use

•Angle Cutting device - Manual device for angle cutting up to +/- 15°
