The CounterMate is a cost effective system for Milling, Sample Making, Rubber Cutting & Drawing on one machine

-VectoVision® PC-Controller (PC-VectoCut since 1991) with digital drive concept (since1989)

-ball screws (no toothed racks).

-VectoVision® PC-Controller containing 80% standard components, network compatible

-VectoVision® PC-Controller with intelligent tool management (service life !)

-table topology is measured (10 mm x 10 mm) and any unevenness is compensated accordingly (precision 0,001 mm) important with Pertinax

-Electronic tool adjustment – upon exchange each milling bit is measured and automatically adjusted

-Programmable Z-axis – different processing depths can be programmed for each tool

-Working area 1200 mm x 1600 mm

-High precision aluminium table as milling basis (no Plexiglass, MDF or plywood)
