PEMA Rules Ltd. was formed in November 2000 by two ex employees Makhan Ram & Peter Fuchs from the former UK based manufacturer of steel rules Notting.

Their vision saw an opportunity in the market for a dynamic new supplier of steel rule & die making consumables this led to the forming of PEMA Rules as a totally independent stockist & distributor of steel rule & associated products.

The new company potential was quickly realized and within a very short period PEMA Rules experienced rapid growth resulting directly from its commitment to providing quality products backed with high service levels and experienced technical support.

PEMA Rules ability to supply a complete solution from steel rule products & consumables to die making equipment led it to become a key resource for the die making and die cutting industry.

PEMA Rules & its employees boast over 70 years combined experience in the field of marketing and manufacturing of steel rules, as well as promoting equipment such CAD software, plotters, routers and rule processors.

In the past 6 years PEMA Rules has developed its automatic rule processing equipment expertise with many successful installations of the Serviform range of equipment and more recently Elcede equipment. This has given the brand PEMA even more market presence and exposure especially amongst forward thinking die making & packaging companies.

Recently PEMA Rules has developed close links with some of the leading companies in the field of packaging and is proud to be associated with such companies as Bobst and Elcede.

PEMA Rules are authorized distributors for Bobst creasing matrix, Essman & Schaefer specialist rules, PG Woods die boards and Elcede automatic die making equipment.

PEMA Rules is also a proud exporter and to date have distributors in Europe, South East Asia, Middle East & Africa. More directly PEMA Rules has developed a trading company PEMA Rules Pvt Ltd based in Mumbai to service the growing market in India.
